Creator Collaboration Agreement

Creator will receive one free EterLove product for this collaboration.

Brand will provide Creator with a dedicated discount code for Creator's audience.

Creator will receive 10% commission on eligible sales generated through Creator's channel, tracking link, and/or discount code. Eligible sales exclude canceled, refunded, returned, or chargeback orders.

Brand may promote Creator's delivered content through paid traffic, Partnership Ads, or other brand advertising to help both Creator and Brand gain more traffic, reach, and exposure.

Creator agrees to create and publish two Instagram Reels featuring the EterLove product.

Reel 1 will be brand-guided. Brand may provide the concept, script direction, product points, and scene suggestions, while Creator keeps their natural voice and style.

Reel 2 will be creator-led and created by Creator based on Creator's own content style and audience.

Creator agrees to complete and publish the agreed Reels within 7-14 days after receiving the product.

Creator agrees to include the exclusive discount code and dedicated affiliate link when publishing the content.

The collaboration will officially begin after Creator submits the required agreement confirmation, selected product or scent, and complete shipping information.

After confirmation, Brand will arrange shipment and send tracking details when available.

If Creator does not complete and publish the agreed content within 7-14 days after receiving the product, and does not receive written extension approval from Brand, Brand may issue a written reminder and request immediate completion.

If Creator still fails to deliver the agreed content, Brand reserves the right to keep supporting records such as email confirmations, chat history, this Agreement, and delivery tracking.

Brand may repost or share Creator's published collaboration content organically on EterLove owned social media channels, website, email, or brand-related pages, with proper credit to Creator.

Creator agrees to cooperate with Brand to complete the Instagram / Meta Partnership Ads or Collab Ads setup when requested by Brand.

If broader usage rights or additional paid advertising usage are required, Brand and Creator may confirm the usage arrangement separately when needed.

Creator is responsible for following applicable platform rules and advertising disclosure requirements, including clearly disclosing that the product was gifted when required.

Creator should only describe the product based on genuine experience. Creator should not make medical, therapeutic, air purification, disinfecting, or guaranteed performance claims unless such claims are specifically approved by Brand in writing.

By submitting the required creator information, selected product or scent, shipping information, agreement date, and typed full name, Creator confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this collaboration.

The typed full name and submitted form information will be treated as Creator's electronic confirmation for this collaboration agreement.
