Delivery Area

We currently ship to supported destinations available at checkout.

Shipping availability depends on logistics coverage, local regulations, and delivery accessibility. If your shipping address is not accepted at checkout, we currently do not ship to that destination.

If we are unable to ship to your location after your order has been placed, we will contact you promptly and provide an appropriate resolution, such as order cancellation and refund where applicable.

Orders may be shipped from our fulfillment partners or warehouses located outside the customer’s country or region. Our business address is provided for business and customer support purposes and may not be the same as the shipment origin.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Time

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and carrier handoff.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Time

We offer Free Standard Shipping for supported destinations available at checkout.

For orders shipped to the United States:

Standard Shipping: Free

Estimated shipping time: 5 to 9 business days after processing

For orders shipped to Japan or South Korea:

Standard Shipping: Free

Estimated shipping time: 5 to 8 business days after processing

For other supported destinations:

Standard Shipping: Free

Estimated shipping time may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions.

Total estimated delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping time.

Please note that all shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, local delivery limitations, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping for supported destinations available at checkout.

If any shipping cost, tax, duty, or other charge applies to an order, it will be displayed at checkout before you submit your order, where applicable.

Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees

Any taxes, shipping charges, or other fees collected by EterLove will be displayed at checkout before you submit your order.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges may be assessed by local customs authorities or carriers. These charges are determined by local regulations and are not controlled by EterLove.

If any such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation. Tracking updates may be delayed while the package is in transit between carrier facilities.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse arrangement, or shipping efficiency.

If this happens, you may receive separate shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers for each package.

Order Modifications

If you need to modify your order details, including shipping information, product selection, quantity, or other order-related information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Order modification requests, including shipping address changes, should be submitted within 8 hours of purchase.

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Delays and Delivery Exceptions

All shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

customs inspections or clearance procedures;

carrier transportation delays;

weather disruptions;

local delivery limitations;

peak season volume;

public holidays;

incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer;

events beyond our reasonable control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us so we can review the shipment status and assist where appropriate.

Lost Packages and Delivery Issues

If you believe your package is lost in transit, delayed abnormally, or has not shown tracking updates for an extended period, please contact our support team.

We will review the shipment status and, where appropriate, assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Please note that EterLove is not responsible for failed delivery, returned shipments, or delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us promptly. While we cannot guarantee compensation for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the order may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or reshipment.
