At EterLove, we want every customer to receive the item they ordered in the condition described on our website. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days of delivery for eligible issues listed below.

Eligible Issues

We may approve a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • the item arrives damaged;

  • the item is defective;

  • the item is materially different from the product description;

  • the wrong item was sent;

  • the order was affected by a fulfillment error.

Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • change of mind;

  • personal preference;

  • no longer needing the item;

  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer;

  • items that have been intentionally damaged, altered, misused, or improperly handled;

  • items returned without prior approval from our support team.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number;

  • the email address used to place the order;

  • clear photos or videos showing the issue;

  • a brief explanation of the problem.

After reviewing your request, we will notify you whether it has been approved.

Approved Resolutions

Depending on the issue, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • a replacement item;

  • a refund without requiring a return;

  • return instructions if inspection is required.

Please do not send any item back without written return instructions from EterLove. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

For approved returns involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different items, EterLove will cover the return shipping cost if a return is required.

For returns that are not approved under this policy, EterLove is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after approval or, where inspection is required, after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Order modification requests, including shipping address changes, must be submitted within 8 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Submitting a cancellation or modification request does not guarantee approval. Requests are handled based on the order status at the time we receive them.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the order may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
