1. When will I receive my order?
We offer Standard Free Shipping on all orders.

- Shipping Time: 5–9 business days (US, EEA, Japan, South Korea).
- Total Wait: You can generally expect your package within 6–11 business days from the date of purchase.
2. Will I be charged customs or taxes?
No. We want your experience to be worry-free. Speciava LLC EterLove covers all customs duties and import taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no hidden fees upon delivery.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
- Changes (Address/Details): You can update your shipping address or order details free of charge within 8 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please note that a 5% cancellation fee applies to cover non-refundable payment processing charges.
- Note: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
4. How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number immediately. You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier’s link provided in the email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Return Cost: If the item is defective, we cover the return shipping cost (we will provide a prepaid label).
- Note: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or used items.
