Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

Speciava LLC EterLove is committed to processing your orders quickly and efficiently. Because we specialize in handcrafted emotional gifts and real butterfly keepsakes, our fulfillment process begins shortly after an order is placed. Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days.

Please review our strict cancellation rules below to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Cancellation Timeframes & Fees

Modification Window (Within 8 Hours): You may request to modify your order details (such as shipping address changes or variant adjustments) free of charge within 8 hours of purchase. Please email us immediately with your order number.

Cancellation Fee (Before Shipping): Any order cancellation requested and approved after the order has been submitted, but before it has shipped, will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing charges incurred the moment your order is placed with Speciava LLC EterLove.

After Shipping: Once an order has been processed, handed over to our logistics partners, and a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled or modified. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and follow our standard Refund & Returns Policy.

2. Refused Deliveries Refusing a package at the time of delivery does NOT constitute a valid order cancellation. Packages returned to our distribution center due to customer refusal, an incorrect address provided at checkout, or failure to pick up the package will be treated as a standard return. While we do not charge restocking fees, the customer will be responsible for any actual return shipping costs incurred by Speciava LLC EterLove.

3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes Speciava LLC EterLove strives to resolve all issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks significantly delay the resolution process. We highly encourage you to contact us directly at support@eterlove.shop before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company, as our dedicated team can resolve your concerns much faster directly.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

Step 1: Contact us at support@eterlove.shop immediately.

Step 2: Include the subject line: "Urgent: Order Cancellation / Modification - #[YourOrderNumber]".

Step 3: Briefly state the exact modification needed or the reason for cancellation.

If your request falls within the approved timeframes, our support team will process it and confirm the status within our 48-hour response window (Mon-Fri, PST/PDT).
